Ebony HealthCare Services Ltd is a combination of Ebony Homes (an independent social Landlord) and Ebony Support (a social care consultancy with 10 years experience of managing innovative residential care homes and latterly supported housing for clients with mental health illness and learning disabilities)

Since our launch in September 2014 our priority at Ebony Healthcare has always been to help and support individuals with complex and diverse needs to live a more independent and fulfilling lives. Our services will be a model of self-contained Housing with 24 hour on-site support provided by a Care Qualities Commission (CQC) Registered Domiciliary Care Agency.

Ebony HealthCare provides high quality supported living, group living and domiciliary care services to adults with long-term mental health difficulties within the community, which enables them to maintain their own independence and lifestyle. The service may vary from a very small amount of support weekly to a large and detailed package providing 24 hour one-to-one care, this of course depends on the individual needs of the service user.

Our primary aim is on the provision of a high standard of accommodation and personalised care and support to our clients that is built upon the principle of recovery and social inclusion.

We will continue to review the viability of each of our services in order to ensure we maintain a portfolio that is operationally and financially viable for the period of the plan and in the longer term.
Our High quality of service will be secured through a professionally, well-trained and valued team of staff and management.

We will provide a safe, homely environment, supported by high quality care and support where residents can live as full and active lives as possible within and beyond the limitations of their disabilities and where their needs are responded to in a swift, sensitive and dignified manner.

We will operate within a framework that demonstrates sound social, environmental, business and financial management.
